ToApp (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "we") highly values your privacy protection. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Information Collection & Use
1.1 Local Processing Principle
ToApp is a purely local tool application. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personally identifiable information through the App. All APK generation operations are completed locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server.
1.2 Permission Usage
- Network Permission: The App requires network permission solely for the following purposes:
- Loading the website content you specify in preview or generated apps
- Checking for app updates (optional)
- Storage Permission: The App requires access to your device storage solely for:
- Saving generated APK installation package files
- Reading your uploaded app icon files
- Exporting/importing project configuration files
- Install Unknown Apps Permission: Used to install your generated APK files, entirely under your control.
1.3 Data Storage
The App only stores the following data locally on your device:
- Your created app project information (name, URL, icon, etc.)
- App settings preferences (theme, language, etc.)
- Generated APK files (stored in your device public directory)
This data is stored entirely locally on your device and we cannot access it.
2. Generated Applications
2.1 Attribution of Responsibility (Important)
The Android applications you generate using ToApp (hereinafter referred to as "Generated Apps") are independent software entities, completely separate from ToApp itself.
The privacy policy, data collection practices, and content compliance of Generated Apps are entirely the responsibility of you (the creator).The ToApp developer assumes no responsibility for any actions, collected data, or legal consequences arising from Generated Apps.
2.2 Data Processing of Generated Apps
How Generated Apps work:
- Generated Apps load the URL you specify directly through a WebView component
- If the website at that URL collects user data (such as cookies, form data, login information, etc.), this is the behavior of that website and is unrelated to ToApp
- You are responsible for ensuring that the website content loaded by Generated Apps is legal and compliant, and for disclosing the corresponding privacy policy to end users
2.3 User Obligations
If you distribute Generated Apps to third parties, you are obligated to:
- Develop an independent privacy policy for the Generated App
- Ensure the Generated App complies with data protection regulations in your region
- Clearly inform end users about the data that the Generated App may collect and its purposes
3. Third-Party Services & SDKs
3.1 Baidu Mobile Analytics
The App integrates the Baidu Mobile Analytics SDK to collect anonymous app usage data to improve product quality. The information collected includes but is not limited to:
- Device model, operating system version
- App launch count, usage duration
- Crash logs (does not contain personal information)

3.2 Microsoft Clarity
The App integrates the Microsoft Clarity SDK to analyze user behavior and improve user experience. Clarity collects the following anonymous data:
- User interaction behavior with the app interface (such as clicks, scrolling, etc.)
- App crash and error information
- Device performance and network status information
Clarity does not collect any personally identifiable information (such as name, email, phone number, etc.). All data is anonymized. Microsoft Clarity complies with international privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. For more details, please refer to the Microsoft Privacy Statement
3.3 Open Source Components
The App uses multiple open source libraries (such as AndroidLiquidGlass, iconsax, etc.) to provide a better user experience. These libraries do not collect your personal information.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data security:
- All data processing is performed locally, requiring no network transmission
- The App does not contain any data upload or remote server connection functionality
- You can delete the App at any time to clear all local data
5. Protection of Minors Privacy
The App does not actively collect personal information from minors. If you are a guardian of a minor and discover that a minor has used the App without your consent, please contact us and we will assist you in taking appropriate measures.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Right of Access: You can view the project data stored in the App at any time
- Right of Deletion: You can delete all local data by deleting projects or uninstalling the App
- Right of Export: You can use the "Project Export" feature to export your data
